Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling Your Subscription
Paid plans (Starter and Pro) can be cancelled at any time from the Account page via “Manage Plan.” After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
As SoundMelt is a digital service, we generally do not offer refunds. Exceptions may be made in the following cases:
- A critical service failure prevented any generation from completing
- A clear billing error such as a duplicate charge occurred

Prorated Refunds
We do not offer prorated refunds for cancellations made mid-billing period.
